The Author
The Situation:
On September 2nd 2009 I thought it would be a good idea to leave my family, my boyfriend and my friends behind in England to get on a plane destined for Cambodia. On September 3rd I landed in Phnom Penh. It's now three months in and I'm still here - crazy? Perhaps. But the job has begun, I have somewhere to live and have even made some friends. There's no going back now... I'm just going to have to wait and see what happens. Wish me luck!
Well done on showing us the less glamorous side of things! Your description of the language in the previous entry is very lively and funny, so well done! We are also enjoying the blog and like you, feel that it's a way of keeping in touch. Ah, but we'll soon have skype up and running...
